Projecting for the future is often the subject of derision – “I don’t know what next week will bring, how can I forecast the future?”.

We seek to guide clients through the forecasting process, seeking to convince them of the value of a plan towards achieving their aspirational goals as well as providing an advance warning of any working capital issues they are likely to confront along the way.
